Your team is part of the experience

Uniforms sit alongside the interior, lighting and tableware. A well-cut apron, a jacket with the right drape or a discreetly embroidered polo can carry the identity of a place before a word is spoken.

We start with the venue, its service and the people working there. The collection needs to look right in the space and feel comfortable during a full shift. Appearance and practical use are considered together.

A wardrobe for each role

  • Front of house: coordinated jackets, waistcoats, shirts or knitwear suited to greeting and service.
  • Dining room and bar: aprons, polos and separates with freedom of movement and useful details.
  • Seasonal or event teams: a focused selection that fits the existing identity and can be distributed clearly.

List the roles before counting garments. Consider how many pieces each person needs, the laundering cycle and spare stock. This helps build a workable quantity and sizing plan.

Materials and care come first

Fabric weight, breathability, opacity and movement affect everyday comfort. Pockets, fastening and apron length need to suit the job. Care requirements must match your actual washing process.

The selected reference and its care instructions are confirmed with the Studio. If you use professional laundering, tell us about it before choosing fabrics and branding. An attractive sample is only useful if it works in your operating conditions.

Make the signature feel natural

Branding can be subtle: tonal embroidery, a woven label, a considered colour or a small detail on an apron. We develop the collection so the identity belongs to the garment rather than competing with it.

You approve the quote and artwork proof before production. Discuss samples, fitting sessions and any specific size requirements early, as they influence the schedule.

Prepare the opening or the refresh

Share your venue, roles, headcount, preferred products and required delivery date. Include references for the interior or existing uniforms. We agree production, packing, delivery and future reorder needs around the collection.

Questions, answered.

Can you work with our existing visual identity?

Yes. Colours, materials and branding can build on your current identity or support a wider refresh.

Can we reorder for new team members?

We plan for reorders where possible. Availability, minimum quantities and colour continuity depend on the chosen reference and are confirmed at the time of reorder.

Should we test the garments before ordering?

For a long-term uniform programme, discussing samples and real-use testing is useful. Scope, cost and timing are agreed with the Studio.
