Good merchandise earns its place.

Merchly built its expertise in premium artist merchandise, with collections manufactured mainly in Portugal. It shows in the fit, the feel of the fabric, the quality of the decoration and the finishing.

That care adapts to your project. A first capsule, a small run or a full tour: we help you decide where to invest for the best result within your budget, using selected catalogue bases or fully bespoke pieces.

Our responsible sourcing approach starts with practical choices: materials suited to the intended use, a specified manufacturing origin for the proposed references and quantities that fit your audience. Certified or recycled material options depend on the product; supporting documentation is confirmed with the Studio.

A collection that carries your world

Merch is a direct connection between an artist and their audience. A t-shirt can capture a tour date, an album or a whole era. We approach your collection as clothing and objects people choose to own, long after the final encore.

We start with the artist’s visual identity, the release and the audience. From there, we develop the fit, fabric, colours, branding and packaging. A clear creative direction holds the collection together, whether it contains two pieces or a broader range.

From tour staples to collector’s editions

  • Tour collections: t-shirts, hoodies, caps and accessories, with quantities and deliveries planned around your dates.
  • Limited capsules: designs connected to an album, a venue or a collaboration.
  • Numbered editions: considered finishes, embroidery, individual numbering and dedicated packaging.
  • Physical music: CDs, vinyl records and box sets developed alongside your clothing and objects.

The product and the print need to work together. Dense embroidery, a detailed portrait and a small woven label call for different techniques. The Studio helps choose a finish that suits the artwork, material and intended use.

Collectibles are a Merchly specialism

Custom figures, USB figures and logo-shaped USB drives bring an artist’s world into three dimensions. Our experience with artists such as La Mano 1.9 and SEB informs the work, from the original idea to the product details and collector packaging.

Design, make, deliver

We agree the scope before production: creative direction, sourcing, garment decoration, finishing, packaging and delivery. You review the quote and artwork proof, including branding dimensions and positions. Samples, when needed, are discussed separately according to the product and schedule.

Share your release date early. Artwork approval, manufacturing and transport all need a place in the calendar. Minimum quantities and lead times depend on the product, technique and volume; we confirm them for your project.

Every sale counts

Merchly App brings payments, stock and sales by tour date into one place. Tap to Pay turns a compatible smartphone into a payment terminal, while product and size tracking helps the team follow what is selling.

CD and vinyl sales made through Merchly are reported to SNEP and count towards certifications. Our team can explain the setup for your release and how it fits your sales plan.

Questions, answered.

Can you work from our existing artwork?

Yes. We can adapt supplied artwork to the chosen products or develop a wider creative direction with you. The quote defines the scope and the files needed.

Can we include CDs and vinyl?

Yes. Clothing, objects and physical music can form one collection. Pressing has its own minimum quantities, files and production schedule, confirmed in the quote.

Can we see more of your work?

Some collections remain confidential until release. Contact the Studio to arrange a relevant portfolio presentation or a showroom appointment.
